Sehat Mannd Zindagi Aik Besh-Baha Dolat

Achi sehat kay leya zaruri hai kay hum sehat maand zindagi guzarany kay asulun ko samjhain . Sub say phela asol yeh hai kay hum ko rozana acha khana khana chaheyeh .Hum mai say aksar rozana 3 bar khana khaty hain.or har 2 khanun kay bad halka phulka nashta karty hain .Subha ka nashta sab say zada ahmiyat rakhta hai .Aik acha nashta humko din bhar chuk o chubund or kam karny kay leya tayar rakhta hai.Hum ko hamesha waqt pay khana khanaa chaheyeh,agar hum waqat py khana na kahyain yah humara khana munasib miqdar kin a ho to hum kabhi b sehat mannd nahi reh sakty .

Rozana warzish karma or khelna bhi sahat kay leya bohot zaruri hai ,is say humari body strong hoti hai ,khel or kam k bad hum thakan mehsos karty hain or usko dur karny k leya hum ko aram bohot zaruri hai .sehat mannd zindagi k leya safaee ka hona b zaruri hai,or agar hum safaee ka khas kheyal rakhain to hum kafi bimariyoun say dour reh sakty hain.
